Online Mindfulness Training for Emotional Resilience for Students and Young Adults
MTER is a 4-week group that teaches emotion regulation skills through brief mindfulness practices and psychoeducation about mental health.
This program is intended for students who are dealing with anxiety and depression and need practical skills to help manage overwhelming emotions.
Participants will be introduced to different mindfulness practices that help improve focus and concentration.
