We offer an innovative approach to mental health based on cutting edge, brain-based therapies that harness neuroplasticity, the brain’s innate capacity to heal.

Our goal is to provide compassionate and evidence-based approaches to treat a range of physicaland mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, migraines, trauma, and concussion/brain injury.

Conveniently located at Bloor Street and Spadina Avenue, we are accessible on two subway lines and steps away from the University of Toronto.
