Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Canadian Art Therapist

Welcome!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, a Registered Canadian Art Therapist, and a Contemplative Creative Therapist with over six years of working in the mental health field. My clinical practice offers an integrative client-centred approach that draws on art therapy, mindfulness, DBT, Contemplative Creative Therapy (CCT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) models.

I support individuals struggling with several concerns, including but not limited to mental health (anxiety, stress, depression, trauma), relationships and intimacy (romantic partners, family of origin, boundaries), professional goals and career issues (self-esteem, confidence, balance between work and family life). I aim to provide you with a safe environment where we can work together collaboratively with the intention of your goals.

With an attitude of acceptance, compassion, and curiosity, I help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and beliefs and explore how they are helping or standing in the way of life aligned with your values and aspirations. I have experience working with youth, adults, and couples (16+). I speak English and French.
