Also known as "tapping," EFT involves lightly tapping on specific meridian points on the body while speaking about distressing thoughts, feelings, or memories. This somatic and mindful process helps to regulate the body's stress response, allowing unresolved emotions, trauma, and limiting beliefs to be acknowledged and gently transformed.
