Welcome!

My name is Felicity Bannister. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with 10 years of experience working in social agencies, corporate and community settings and in private practice. I have worked with adults and youth, and I have extensive experience running groups and mindfulness meditation retreats. I have also developed and run Life Skills and Empowerment programs for girls.

My therapeutic approach is to help people realize their innate capacity to heal by addressing the whole person: the mental, physical and spiritual. I embrace a trauma sensitive mindfulness approach that focuses on somatic mind-body interventions, drawn upon evidence-based neuroscience, in a safe and relational environment.

In addition to practicing more established therapeutic approaches, I am passionate about the potential for healing and personal growth using psychedelic medicine. I work with clients who are interested in healing and transforming through altered states of consciousness. My training is based on profound experiences of my own, which help me provide a safe setting and an understanding of the new terrain to help clients realize meaning and growth.
