Complimentary Mindfulness Drop-In Session

Facilitated by Breanne Benson in collaboration with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies on ZOOM. These mindfulness sessions are a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and take a moment to pause, reflect, and recharge.

Theme of the Month: “You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf” - Jon Kabat-Zinn

For the month of October, Breanne will host a short talk and meditation around various topics relating to the theme of the month: You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf. We will explore what waves of stress look like for you in your life at this time and how you may respond to challenging circumstances. We will take a look at the 9 attitudes of mindfulness and how we may apply them into our daily lives so that we can maintain or regain balance no matter the waves that come our way.
